Gender discrimination in the workplace is a really important problem right now. Based on this backdrop, purpose of paper to investigate topic and establish research subject, which will be China’s gender discrimination, with hope exploring certain common legislation from perspective human resource administration. Through use literature, study discovered that process management force, definition sex has its own unique meaning, form pay different payment, single recruitment, female mating birth limited by contract, so on, reason, women’s natural responsibility under premise unit choose employ persons does not undertake cost, on. In order address issue, government should reinforce policy support guidance, better male supported baby rearing, increase employers’ awareness their social responsibilities, according published journal. The authors work serve as for resolving or relieving situation.
